Customized Sleep Plan

Service Description

This level of support offers a customized sleep plan based on your child’s needs and your goals. The sleep plan includes guidance on scheduling, sleep training options, routines, sleep environment, and any other relevant areas. You will then be responsible for implementing the plan on your own (with the exception of the email exchange). Please note that the customized sleep plan generally takes 3-5 business days to complete after receiving the completed Intake form. This service includes: - Customized sleep plan - One email exchange with up to 3 emails back and forth between us, for you to ask any questions you have as you implement the plan
