Service Description

If your child can already put themselves to sleep independently* but they are having sleep struggles like short naps, night wakings, or early morning wakes, and you think it may be schedule related and/or time for a nap transition but you are not sure how to proceed, Sleep Schedule Support may meet your needs. *An independent sleeper is one who can put themselves to sleep from wide awake (not drowsy). This service includes: - Recent sleep log analysis: You will provide sleep log data from the previous 2-4 weeks. Based on that and the intake form, Sammy will provide a suggested starting schedule via email and any other relevant recommendations if needed for your child’s sleep. - 2 weeks of ongoing sleep log analysis: You will complete a detailed sleep log for the 2 weeks support period. During that time, Sammy will review and analyze the sleep log, providing relevant feedback and recommendations via e-messaging. - Unlimited e-messaging support for 2 weeks regarding your child’s sleep schedule where you can ask questions and receive personalized recommendations from Sammy
